This tool is similar to the other password checkers I have listed, such as How Secure is my Password? and Password Monster. This one is fine and gets the job done, but I prefer the other two a little more than this one. Features it contains:

2. Password rating – color code and phrases to tell you how strong your password is
3. Tips to make it strong – suggestions on how to improve the strength of what you type in
